These terms apply to services offered by Kavin Alexander under the business name Edge Property Services in Calgary, Alberta. Contact: edgeservicesyyc@gmail.com or 403-988-5756.
All estimates and quotes from Edge Property Services are completely free. Requesting a quote places no obligation on you to book or proceed with any service.
When Google Places is configured, its address suggestions are provided under the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. The keyless fallback uses the City of Calgary Parcel Address dataset. City results contain information licensed under the Open Government Licence – City of Calgary. Suggestions help identify a property; route eligibility, availability and final pricing still require Edge review.
Website and phone information is preliminary until Edge reviews the property, requested scope, route and available supporting details. The final written price is provided after Edge review. An on-site visit is used only when the work cannot be reliably assessed from the address, photos, notes, public property information or other available details. We will not begin work without your agreement to the written price and scope. If site conditions differ significantly from the reviewed information, we will explain the change and provide an updated written price before proceeding.
We offer both one-time service visits and recurring service agreements. Recurring arrangements can generally be adjusted or cancelled with reasonable advance notice. No long-term contracts are required for standard residential services.
Payment terms are confirmed before work begins. Standard residential maintenance is generally invoiced after service. We accept the payment methods shown on the invoice. No GST is currently charged. A deposit is requested only when the written quote states the amount, refund terms and payment schedule and Edge is legally authorized to take advance payment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible. Fees, customer-approved non-returnable materials, refunds and any statutory cancellation rights are described in the accepted quote and our Cancellation, Refund and Deposit Policy.
We complete the work outlined in the agreed quote. Any additional work requested on the day of service will be assessed and priced separately before being carried out.
Please ensure clear and safe access to all areas included in the service. If access is blocked or unsafe, we may not be able to complete the full scope and will inform you before leaving.
Inspect the work when practical and contact us within 48 hours with photos and a clear description of a concern. When completed work does not match the accepted scope, we will assess it and, where appropriate, return within a reasonable time to correct the affected work. This does not cover normal growth or weather after service, customer changes, undisclosed hazards, or work outside the accepted scope.
