All estimates and quotes from Edge Property Services are completely free. Requesting a quote places no obligation on you to book or proceed with any service.
Online and phone estimates are general ranges based on typical property sizes and conditions. Final pricing is confirmed in person, on-site, before any work begins. We will never start a job without your prior agreement on price. If on-site conditions differ significantly from what was described, we will notify you and provide an updated price before proceeding.
We offer both one-time service visits and recurring service agreements. Recurring arrangements can generally be adjusted or cancelled with reasonable advance notice. No long-term contracts are required for standard residential services.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept cash and e-transfer (edgeservicesyyc@gmail.com). We do not require advance payment for standard residential services.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible. We understand that plans change. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future scheduling priority.
We complete the work outlined in the agreed quote. Any additional work requested on the day of service will be assessed and priced separately before being carried out.
Please ensure clear and safe access to all areas included in the service. If access is blocked or unsafe, we may not be able to complete the full scope and will inform you before leaving.
If you are not satisfied with the completed work, contact us within 24 hours and we will address your concerns. We take pride in our work and want every job to meet your expectations.
