My name is Kavin Alexander. I'm 15 years old and I started Edge Property Services — originally Green Edge Yard Services — in late 2024 out of Deer Run, Calgary. What began as a lawn mowing operation quickly grew into something I genuinely care about building.

I rebranded to Edge Property Services to go year-round — expanding beyond summer lawn care into full property maintenance. The goal is simple: give Calgary homeowners a reliable, professional service they can count on every season, delivered by someone who actually takes pride in the work.

I handle everything personally — from the first quote to the final cut. That means you get consistent quality, direct communication, and someone who genuinely cares about how your property looks when the job is done.
